Milt is a Senior Associate at Jumana, responsible for supporting business development, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Jumana, Milt worked at Hardeman, a Dallas, TX based family office, where he developed, and lead Hardeman’s private investment strategy focused on entrepreneur lead businesses and a long term holding strategy. Milt began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force where he was privileged to lead multiple operational & combat support teams throughout the U.S., Middle East, and Afghanistan. Milt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and a Master of Science in Finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington, DC.

Milt lives in Houston with his wife, and their daughter.
